News America Inc. Completes $1 Billion Notes Offering

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as lead book-runner and the other initial purchasers in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3% Senior Notes due 2022 by News America Incorporated, a subsidiary of News Corporation. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
