Gray Television Completes $300 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.5% Senior Notes due 2020 by Gray Television Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
