Calpine Corporation Completes $835 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding as administrative agent and the arrangers in connection with the $835,000,000 Term A loan for Calpine Corporation. Proceeds from the loan will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
