Cahill represented Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the public offering by Penn Virginia of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock and 1,000,000 Depository Shares, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of its 6.00% Series A convertible preferred stock.
