Cahill represented the joint book-running managers and co-managers in connection with the public offering of $2,950,000,000 comprised of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount 2.85% Notes due 2023, $1,700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.25% Notes due 2033, and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.5% Notes due 2043 by Comcast Corporation. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
