Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Facility for NEP/NCP

Cahill represented Barclays and Morgan Stanley as administrative agents and the lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of NEP/NCP Holdco, Inc.’s $470,000,000 Term B loan, $140,000,000 Term B loan and $60,000,000 revolver, pursuant to which the maturity of the facilities were extended and the pricing adjusted.
