Cahill represented J.P. Morgan as Lead Arranger in connection with a €300 million term loan and revolving credit facility for Sky Deutschland AG and Sky Deutschland Fernsehen GMBH & Co. KG.  The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
