Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Facilities for Emdeon

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith; Barclays Bank; Citigroup Global Markets; and Deutsche Bank Securities as lead arrangers in connection with the amendment of Emdeon Inc.’s Term B loan and revolving credit facility, pursuant to which the pricing of both facilities was adjusted.
