Cahill Represents Underwriters in $100 Million Public Offering by Toll Brothers

Cahill represented Citi, Deutsche Bank, RBS and SunTrust as joint book-running managers, and the other co-managers, in connection with the public offering of $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.375% Senior Notes due 2023 by Toll Brothers Finance Corp., guaranteed on a senior basis by Toll Brothers, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
