Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Term Loans for OCI Beaumont

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent, and Bank of America, Barclays and Citi as joint lead arrangers, in connection with $360,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of Term B loans for OCI Beaumont LLC. Proceeds from the loans will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
