Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Yonkers Racing Corporation

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and J.P. Morgan Securities and Hudson Valley Bank as lead arrangers in connection with the $225,000,000 Term B loan and Super Priority Revolver for Yonkers Racing Corporation. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
Cahill also represented Wilmington Trust as administrative agent and J.P. Morgan Securities as lead arranger in connection with the $70,000,000 Second Lien term loan for Yonkers Racing Corporation. Proceeds were also used to refinance existing indebtedness.
