Cahill Represents Lead Banks in $5 Billion Financing for Caesars Entertainment

Cahill represented Citicorp as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with the $2,500,000,000 Term B loan and $269,500,000 Revolver for Caesars Entertainment Resort Properties, LLC and certain other co-borrowers party thereto.
Cahill also represented the Citigroup and the other joint book-running managers in connection with the $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8% First-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2020, and $1,150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 11% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2021 by Caesars Entertainment Resort Properties, LLC and certain other co-borrowers party thereto.
