Cahill Represents Underwriters in IPO for ARAMARK

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with the Initial Public Offering of 41,687,500 shares of common stock of Aramark Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ARMK) resulting in gross proceeds of $833,750,000. Proceeds were received by both selling stockholders and the Company.  Proceeds received by the company from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
