Cahill Represents Citi in Multicurrency Credit Facilities for Ardagh

Cahill represented Citi as administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with senior secured term loan facilities for Ardagh Holdings USA Inc. and Ardagh Packaging Finance S.A. comprising a $500,000,000 term loan facility and a €130,000,000 term loan facility. Proceeds from the loans were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
