Cahill represented the administrative agent, lead arrangers and other arrangers in connection with the $425,000,000 incremental Term B loan for Calpine Construction Finance Company, L.P. Proceeds from the loan will be used in connection with the acquisition of a natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant near San Antonio, Texas.
