Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with the $500,000,000 First Lien Term Loan and $75,000,000 First Lien Revolving Credit Facility and the $125,000,000 Second Lien Term Loan for National Vision, Inc., one of the largest U.S. eyewear retailers. Proceeds from were used in connection with the acquisition of National Vision by private equity firm KKR.
