Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Facility for Aircastle Limited

Cahill represented Citi as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other arrangers in connection with the $450,000,000 unsecured revolving credit facility for Aircastle Limited. The facility was increased to $450,000,000 from $335,000,000 and is currently undrawn. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of aircraft.
