Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $800 Million Credit Facility for Visteon Corporation

Cahill represented Citibank as administrative agent and Citigroup, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and UBS as lead arrangers in connection with the $800,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $600,000,000 delayed draw term B loan and a $200,000,000 revolving credit facility, for Visteon Corporation. Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
