Cahill Represents Administrative Agent in Amendment of Credit Agreement by Mattress Firm

Cahill represented UBS AG, Stamford Branch as administrative agent in connection with an amendment to the Credit Agreement for Mattress Holding Corp., a subsidiary of Mattress Firm Holding Corp. that extended the maturity of the revolver for one year, increased the maximum amount of incremental facility capacity and made certain other changes.
