Cahill Represents Arrangers in Acquisition Financing for Victory Capital Management

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding as lead arranger and administrative agent, and Credit Suisse Securities as arranger in connection with a $320,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $295,000,000 Term B loan, and a $25,000,000 revolving credit agreement for Victory Capital Operating, LLC. Proceeds from the facility were used to fund the acquisition of Munder Capital Management.
