Cahill Represents Agent in $500 Million Credit Facility for CEB Inc.

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent in connection with an amendment to CEB’s credit agreement that used, together with a concurrent issuance of senior notes, $500 million in replacement term loans and revolving facilities to refinance CEB’s existing term loans and revolving credit facility.
