Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities as lead book-running manager in connection with the offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock by Builders FirstSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLDR), a leading supplier of building materials, manufactured components and construction services to professional contractors, sub-contractors, and consumers, resulting in gross proceeds of $92,750,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
