Cahill Represents Underwriters in Secondary Offering of Trinseo’s Ordinary Shares

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley and Jefferies in connection with the underwritten secondary public offering of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of Trinseo S.A. (NYSE: TSE), resulting in gross proceeds of $396,000,000 to the selling shareholder. Trinseo did not sell any ordinary shares in the offering and did not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.
