Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Xplornet Communications

Cahill represented SunTrust Bank as administrative agent, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, BMO Capital Markets and Jefferies Finance as co-lead arrangers, in connection with a $335,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $285,000,000 Term B loan, and a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility for Xplornet Communications Inc., a rural internet service provider in Canada. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinancing existing indebtedness.
