Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Mizuho Securities, MUFG, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, CIBC Capital Markets, and Deutsche Bank Securities as joint book-running managers and the senior co-managers and co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Senior Notes due 2021 by Alliance Data Systems Corporation, a leading global provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions serving large, consumer-based businesses in a variety of industries. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
