Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Acquisition Financing for Talen Energy

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $600,000,000 term B loan for Talen Energy Supply, LLC, one of the largest independent power producers in the United States. Proceeds from the loan were used in connection with the acquisition of Talen Energy by affiliates of Riverstone Holdings LLC, a private investment firm.
