Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended & Restated Credit Facility for Atkore International

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of Atkore International, Inc.’s $500,000,000 first lien Term B loan.  Atkore International Group Inc. manufactures and distributes electrical raceway products in the United States and internationally.
