Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Multicurrency Credit Facility for Kinetic Concepts

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other lead arrangers in connection with a $1,085,000,000 Term B loan, a $300,000,000 revolving credit agreement, and a €239,000,000 Term B loan for Kinetic Concepts, Inc., a subsidiary of Acelity, a worldwide provider of advanced healing technologies. Proceeds from the loan were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
