Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $1.1 Billion Acquisition Financing by Symantec

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan as joint lead book-running managers and the other book-running managers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5% Senior Notes due 2025 by Symantec Corporation, a global leader in cybersecurity. Proceeds from the offering were used in connection with Symantec’s $2.3 billion acquisition of LifeLock, Inc., a leading provider of proactive identity theft protection services for consumers and consumer risk management services for enterprises.
