Cahill represented Barclays Capital as sole underwriter in connection with the offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock of Builders FirstSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLDR), a leading supplier and manufacturer of building materials, manufactured components and construction services to professional contractors, sub-contractors and consumers, resulting in gross proceeds of $146,500,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
