Cahill Represents Underwriters in IPO for Ardagh

Cahill represented Citigroup and the other joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the Initial Public Offering by Ardagh Group S.A. (NYSE: ARD), resulting in gross proceeds of $353,970,000. The offering made available 18,630,000 Class A common shares, including the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness. Ardagh Group is a leading supplier of innovative, value-added rigid packaging solutions.
