Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for Yonkers Racing Corporation

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent, collateral agent, lead arranger and book running manager of a $260,000,000 Term B loan and a $10,000,000 Super Priority Revolver for Yonkers Racing Corporation, which owns and operates Empire City Casino and Yonkers Raceway, a casino and harness-racing track. Proceeds under the facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
