Cahill Represents Deal Manger and Initial Purchaser in Offerings for Immucor, Inc.

Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as deal manager in connection with an exchange offer by Immucor, Inc. of its 11.125% senior notes due 2019 for newly issued 11.125% senior notes due 2022. Cahill also represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $37,138,000.00 aggregate principal amount of 11.125% senior notes due 2022 by Immucor, Inc. as an add-on to the existing tranche. Immucor is a leading provider of transfusion and transplantation diagnostic products worldwide. Proceeds are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
