Cahill Represents Initial Purchaser in $2.3 Billion Notes Offering for DAE Funding LLC

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as initial purchaser in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.00% senior notes due 2020, $800,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.50% senior notes due 2022 and $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.00% senior notes due 2024 by DAE Funding LLC. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for an acquisition and for general corporate purposes.
