Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and lead arranger and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., Fifth Third Bank, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC as joint book-running managers in connection with an amendment of Scientific Games International, Inc.’s $3,284,772,499.97 Term Loan B loan. Scientific Games International is a leading provider of technology-based products and services and associated content for worldwide gaming, lottery and interactive markets. Proceeds from the amendment are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness
