Cahill represented Barclays Capital Inc. and the other initial purchasers in connection with a rule 144A offering of $800,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5% senior notes due 2025 by Delphi Jersey Holdings plc., which will manufacture power train vehicle propulsion systems after the anticipated spin-off from Delphi Automotive PLC. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to make a distribution in connection with the spin-off.
