Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for Belron Group

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. (London Branch) and J.P. Morgan Securities PLC as lead arrangers and the other arrangers in connection with a $1,025,000,000 Term B credit facility, a €425,000,000 Term B credit facility and a €280,000,000 revolving credit facility for Belron, a vehicle glass repair and replacement company. Proceeds from the facilities are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness, pay a dividend and for general corporate purposes.
