Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior secured notes due 2025 by Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc., a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
