Cahill Represents Underwriters of Common Stock by Gray Television, Inc.

Cahill represented Wells Fargo Securities LLC as sole book-running manager and the other underwriters in connection with the primary offering of 17.25 million shares (including 2.25 million shares issued pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option)  of Gray Television, Inc., resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $250.1 million. The shares priced at $14.50 per share and are listed on NYSE. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
