Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for WS Holdings Acquisition, Inc. and Lakeland Tours, LLC

Cahill represented the joint lead arrangers and bookrunners, the issuing banks and the administrative agent in connection with a $425,000,000 Term B credit facility and a $60,000,000 revolving credit facility for WorldStrides, an experiential education provider. Proceeds from the financing were used for the acquisition of WorldStrides by Eurazeo and the refinancing of existing indebtedness.
