LLC as initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.75% senior notes due 2022 by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure LLC. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including the funding of future investments.
