Cahill represented Credit Suisse Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, BMO Capital Markets Corp., and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, New York Branch as lead arrangers and Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch as administrative agent in connection with a $1,700,000,000 Term B credit facility and $150,000,000 revolving credit facility for Cogeco Communications (USA) II LP and Atlantic Broadband Finance, LLC, a media and communications company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for an acquisition by the borrower and to refinance existing indebtedness.
