LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as underwriters in connection with a primary offering of 7,000,000 common shares representing limited liability company interests of Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (NYSE: FTAI). The sale of shares in the offering resulted in a gross proceed of $130,550,000.
