Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $325 Million Credit Facilities for Zotec Partners, LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $305,000,000 Term B credit facility and a $20,000,000 revolving credit facility for Zotec Partners, LLC, a leader in revenue cycle and practice management. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
