Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Financing for Energy Capital Partners’ Acquisition of Gopher Resource

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $475,000,000 Term B credit facility and a $40,000,000 revolving credit facility for Gopher Resource, LLC, a national environmental solutions provider. Proceeds from the offering were used for the acquisition of Gopher Resource, LLC by Energy Capital Partners.
