Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $1.6 Billion Notes Offering for Frontier Communications Corporation and Dealer Managers in Related Tender Offer

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.500% second lien secured notes due 2026 by Frontier Communications Corporation, a leading provider of data, video and voice services in the United States. The net proceeds from the offering were used to fund the purchase for cash of certain of the issuer’s outstanding debt securities in a tender offer. Cahill also represented the dealer managers in connection with the tender offer.
