Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Incremental Credit Facilities for USS Ultimate Holdings, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $125,000,000 incremental first lien term loan facility and a $50,000,000 incremental second lien term loan facility for USS Ultimate Holdings, Inc. Proceeds from the facilities were used for general corporate purposes and to finance certain acquisitions.
