Cahill Represents Underwriters in Common Stock Offering for PGT Innovations, Inc.

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a primary offering of 7,000,000 shares of PGT Innovations, Inc.’s common stock priced at $23.00 per share resulting in gross proceeds of $161,000,000 before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses (NYSE: PGTI). PGTI granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 shares. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness under PGTI’s existing credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
