Cahill Represents Debt Financing Sources for DAE Funding LLC

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount due 2021 and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount due 2023 by DAE Funding LLC, a subsidiary of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. Cahill also represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $720,000,000 revolving credit facility for DAE Funding LLC. Proceeds from the transactions were used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
