Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $75 Million Notes Offering for Xplornet Communications, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $75,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.625% senior notes due 2022 for Xplornet Communications, Inc., Canada’s largest rural-focused broadband service provider. Proceeds from the offering were used for refinancing existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes.
